Q:What s the difference between the so-called stainless steel hinge on the market and ordinary hinge?
A:The common hinges are usually made of cold-rolled steel through stamping, heat treatment, electroplating (copper plating on the inner layer and nickel plating on the outer layer) and final assembly, while the stainless steel hinges only go through two processes of stamping and assembling. In addition, due to the high cost of stainless steel raw materials, the so-called stainless steel hinge materials on the market are almost those non-standard 201, 202 stainless steel, rather than the standard 302 stainless steel. And the standard used by our company is absolutely 304 and 301 stainless steel.
Q:Why is the standard base of the imported hinge is 2-hole, while most of the domestically produced hinges are 4-hole?
A:Due to the high labor cost in western developed countries, the production automation is also relatively high. Most of the places where the cabinet is installed with the base are drilled with row drills in advance, and screw piles or embedded parts are used. Because of the use of embedded parts, their base with two holes is strong enough.While most of the domestic cabinets are not drilled with embedded parts in advance, the screws are locked directly during the installation. Particleboard is frequently used, and the quality of the board is not stable. If only two screws are installed, it may not be very firm after a long time. If four screws are installed, the situation will be much better. That is to say, the selection of two or four holes in the base has no great relationship with the hinge, mainly depends on the quality of cabinet board of the customer and availability of embedded parts.
Q:Which of the external damping buffer hinge or the internal hydraulic hinge is better?
A:The advantage of the former is that if there is a problem with the external damper, the damper can be removed manually, and the original hinge can still open and close the door. The disadvantage is that it costs a lot. In addition, the domestic external damper generally needs to cooperate with the hinge of each manufacturer for use. The advantages of the latter lie in the relative low cost and beautiful appearance. And the disadvantages are that once there is a problem with the hydraulic rod, the door panel cannot be closed and the whole hinge needs to be replaced. A:The raw material is cold-rolled steel. Like the hinges imported from Europe, our hinges are made of cold-rolled steel with fog surface, which has superior anti rust ability and stronger anti scratch ability than other bright surface hinges on the market.
Q:Why do some domestic hinges produce a sound when open and closing?
