In line with the principle of sustainable operation, UTA pays great attention to quality control, ensuring that all links are well controlled, including warehousing, parts production, surface processing, product combination, and finished goods delivery. The quality control department of the company has a laboratory, and the inspection instruments include projectors, hardness machines, brine sprayers, traction testers and door opening testers, which not only can test the size and strength of various important parts of the product, but also can test the functionality of the hinge, door opening life and anti-rust. The company continuously tests the products in production, and correctly grasp the product quality of each batch of orders.

In 2002, the company began to fully introduce the quality control system, which passed the ISO9001:2000 certification in February 2003. Through strict operating procedures, it ensured that each department kept a good control on quality. In order to support our customers, guarantee and improve the quality of our products, we worked closely with international testing agencies. Hinge products have passed the tests of professional testing agencies such as SGS of China, CTBA of France, FIRA of England and JBQ of Japan, ensuring the hinge to meet the international requirements in terms of anti-rust ability, opening and closing life, destructive force test, etc., soo that every customer of our company can use hinges without worries.
